2X Signs 20,000 SF Corporate Office Lease

Despite market headwinds, Hunter Durant’s suburban Philadelphia leasing team once again proves resiliency through its lease of 20,000 square feet of Class A office space to 2X Marketing. The lease was signed in a sublease arrangement to resolve a large corporate client’s overabundance of office space and was completed only a few months from receipt of the assignment.
