The later portion of his career has been centered around full P&L experience leading international, multi-service, multi-site organizations ranging from $20M to $500M in revenues, developing and growing businesses while building productive working relationships with clients and internal teams. He has a successful history of driving profitability improvements and cost savings through detailed analysis of financial and non-financial information, streamlining and enhancing financial performance and partnering with business management to drive businesses forward.

These projects are +/- $1 Bil in the aggregate in transactional volume, including the Co-Founding of the national NNN venture Legacy Automotive Capital, an active acquirer of Net Lease Automotive real estate throughout the United States.
With expertise as both a Principal Developer and Third-party Advisory roles, Austin’s unique background includes transactions/developments in Assets Classes including but not limited to: Industrial, Automotive, Office, Energy, Multi-family, Retail, and Specialty Uses. His experience includes portfolio aggregation, acquisitions/dispositions, design, new/rehab development, and entitlements. Austin is a licensed Real Estate Broker / Broker of Record in 4 States.
Jack is a talented professional with a focus on the leasing and sales of industrial, office and retail assets. Having grown up in Radnor, Pennsylvania, his familiarity with the Philadelphia MSA provides market expertise and a wide breadth of industry relationships. Prior to joining Hunter Durant, Jack gained valuable experience at SSH Real Estate firm in Newtown Square, PA. Jack’s work ethic and drive to succeed stem from his experience as a member of the nationally ranked Lakehead University Thunderwolves hockey team in Ontario, Canada, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Economics. Jack is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.
Ryan Carroll brings over a decade of business development and consulting experience to Hunter Durant. Ryan has a demonstrated track record of finding solutions for his clients across numerous industries. With a focus on people and developing long term relationships, Ryan understands how to deliver exceptional results for both fortune 50 companies and small family offices alike.
Prior to Hunter Durant, Ryan held positions with Ernst & young and the Intelligence Group. In these roles, Ryan implemented strategies to grow and strengthen his client base, connected offerings across service lines, and developed solutions specific to client needs. Ryan is always looking for innovative ways to offer an optimal experience.
A graduate of St. Jospeh’s University and Devon Prep, Ryan has deep ties to the Philadelphia area. He is an avid golfer and lives in Philadelphia with his fiancé Coleen.

Rob oversees Hunter Durant’s Southeastern US Net Lease division. His diverse experience includes executive positions for regional real estate offices with oversight of all major real estate asset classes for both single transactions and other elements of the business including but not limited to property management, accounting, staffing, and investment consulting and portfolio management. Prior to his time with Hutner Durant, Rob was the Executive Managing Broker for a highly successful Florida office for JM Real Estate Inc. Rob’s career path additionally includes regional oversight of a multiple different businesses ranging from successful building products companies to swimming pool companies, and Southeast Regional Management for an international service business. Rob’s career has consistently been highlighted by top sales performance both as an individual producer and with the teams he has led. Rob is based in Melbourne Florida.

Drew is a Philadelphia-based successful graphic designer and marketing entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the field, including the launch of his own firm, DM Design Solutions. Through the Hunter Durant, LLC platform, Drew assists HDREA’s Real Estate Clients with assembling first class marketing materials, unique perspectives, and vision creation for any and all existing or to be built projects. His presence has allowed HDREA to create what are now considered to be the top marketing materials in the area.
