TJ is an Executive Leader with passion and drive to develop strategies for diverse organizations to deliver results.  He’s developed a versatile skillset established over his two decades of experience throughout commercial real estate development and separately in manufacturing/processing & logistics operations within the oil and gas industry.   This diversified experience was first developed during the early portion of his career in commercial leasing, management, investment analysis, property acquisition/dispositions, and construction/development in commercial real estate for Preferred Real Estate Investments in Conshohocken, PA.  The later portion of his career has been centered around full P&L experience leading international, multi-service, multi-site organizations ranging from $20M to $500M in revenues, developing and growing businesses while building productive working relationships with clients and internal teams.  He has a successful history of driving profitability improvements and cost savings through detailed analysis of financial and non-financial information, streamlining and enhancing financial performance and partnering with business management to drive businesses forward.

Managing Partner

Austin has successfully executed projects within nearly all core and niche real estate asset classes, both regionally and nationally. He’s an expert on navigating complex transactions, allowing him to become a ‘go-to’ problem solver for Owners and Tenants.

His team’s persistent and thorough approach has allowed them to execute on projects others deemed unsalvageable through a comprehensive property evaluation and marketing implementation program that allows Clients to not only transact on their objectives, but to also to obtain the most favorable outcome. These projects are in excess of $800M in the aggregate in transactional volume.

With expertise as both a Principal Developer and Third-party Advisory roles, Austin’s unique background includes transactions/developments in Assets Classes including but not limited to: Industrial, Automotive, Office, Energy, Multi-family, Retail, Specialty Uses, and Low Income Housing.

His experience includes portfolio aggregation, acquisitions/dispositions, design, new/rehab development, and entitlements. Austin is a licensed Real Estate Broker & Broker of Record in 5 States.

Managing Partner

Dan oversees Hunter Durant’s national Net Lease Platform. His diverse experience crosses net lease fields including but not limited to private equity, dollar stores, medical, industrial, retail, automotive, and other assets. Geographically, Dan has transacted in major and secondary markets throughout the United States. Prior to Hunter Durant,  Dan was a top performer at national net lease advisory firm Sands Investment Group where he was a go-to within the firm for specific niches within net lease. Prior to this time, Dan held a senior position with Main Line Private Equity Partners where he was responsible for originations, due diligence, transaction support and other services related to the acquisition of microcap assets for PE firm with $50m AUM. Additional experiences include an EVP, Management, and client positions with Growth Stack, Thomson Reuters, and The Vanguard Group. Dan received his Master of Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Bachelor of Science in Finance from West Chester University.

Director of Net Lease

Eric is an extremely intelligent professional with a background in analysis, legal studies, and business administration. His work ethic and intellectual curiosity has led to a well rounded analytical background which is a key foundational tool to the underwriting and analysis of current and prospective transactions on behalf of Hunter Durant and its clients.

Eric is currently a resident of Radnor, Pennsylvania and a graduate of the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business where he achieved University Honors as well as 4.0 GPA.

Tripp is a professional focused on servicing Clients in primary and secondary markets throughout Philadelphia MSA. Tripp is responsible for lead generation as well as oversight of Hunter Durant’s internal information and market intelligence. His creative and persistent approach has allowed him to quickly become a known quantity in the industry.Prior to his time at Hunter Durant, LLC, Tripp held a transactional role at DP Partners, a successful regional development company, along with roles at global real estate firm Jones Lange LaSalle and Comcast Spotlight.Tripp attended Pennsylvania State University, earning a BS Degree in Communications while playing Division I College Lacrosse for the nationally ranked Nittany Lions team, where his leadership qualities were recognized as he was named Team Captain. Tripp is originally from Chester County and attended Malvern Preparatory School.

Senior Advisor

Phil is a highly motivated sales professional who has demonstrated a remarkable intellectual curiosity and passion for real estate. His work ethic, leadership, and dedication to our Clients quickly identified him as an ideal member of our Team.Prior to starting with Hunter Durant, Phil excelled in entry-level roles at a variety of companies, including AmerisourceBergen, Perspective Financial Group, and PMA Insurance.Phil’s educational background is supported by Business Management and Economic studies at Dickinson College. While a student at Dickinson, Phil played Lacrosse for a nationally ranked Red Devils Team and spent a semester abroad studying in Bologna, Italy. Phil is originally from Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and attended Radnor High School where he was a 3-sport varsity captain.

Corporate Accounts Manager

Drew is a Philadelphia-based successful graphic designer and marketing entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the field, including the launch of his own firm, DM Design Solutions. Through the Hunter Durant, LLC platform, Drew assists HDREA’s Real Estate Clients with assembling first class marketing materials, unique perspectives, and vision creation for any and all existing or to be built projects. His presence has allowed HDREA to create what are now considered to be the top marketing materials in the area.
