Hunter Durant is looking for a full time commercial real estate professional to fill our Director of Retail Advisory position in our Suburban Philadelphia office. Our company currently has extensive client needs with need of professional oversight of leasing, sales, and acquisition processes in the Office, Flex, & Industrial real estate space.

The position will focus on cold calling, marketing properties, marketing our firm to businesses and business development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • REQUIRED 1+ Year(s) Experience in Sales OR Real Estate
  • REQUIRED Valid Driver’s License
  • REQUIRED Acceptance of commission based compensation / 1099 role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn

The job will be focused on territory coverage for the following:

Private credit sale leaseback acquisitions for 2-3 core customers of the firm. Purchase prices $1 Mil – $10 Mil.

Our principals partner in diversified Net Lease acquisitions nationwide with purchase prices $1 Mil – $10 Mil across net lease asset types (Retail, Medical, Auto, Industrial, etc).
 
The position will focus on cold calling, marketing efforts, brand development and business development as well. Our office is based outside Philadelphia however we have a growing remote salesforce nationwide.

  • REQUIRED 1+ Year(s) Experience in Sales OR Real Estate
  • REQUIRED Valid Driver’s License

Our principals partner in diversified Net Lease acquisitions nationwide with purchase prices $1 Mil – $10 Mil across net lease asset types (Retail, Medical, Auto, Industrial, etc).

The position will focus on cold calling, marketing efforts, brand development and business development as well. Our office is based outside Philadelphia however we have a growing remote salesforce nationwide.
