Hunter Durant is looking for a driven Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our Conshohocken office and help grow a national brokerage and acquisitions platform focused on industrial and retail properties.
Hunter Durant is a commercial real estate acquisitions and brokerage firm active in transactions throughout the United States. The company acquires properties for its own account and advises clients on property acquisitions, sales, leasing, and real estate strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying prospective clients, properties, tenants, and transaction opportunities
- Building and maintaining client and prospect relationships
- Researching markets, ownership, tenants, and property-level opportunities
- Assisting with lease, sale, acquisition, and disposition assignments
- Negotiating deal terms and supporting transactions from initial outreach through closing
- The role will focus primarily on industrial and retail properties and is designed for someone who wants direct exposure to business development, client advisory, market research, negotiations, and transaction execution.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and relationship building
- Strong analytical, organizational, and market research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
- Interest in commercial real estate and long-term career growth
