PROBLEM
Convincing top national and local retail tenants to move into a historically underdeveloped retail asset with property frontage issues, historically low rents, and a history of unstable tenancy in an unproven retail market.
SOLUTION
Hunter Durant’s team assembled a property specific leasing program which saw a transformation of the asset from a Class C property with below market rents to a Class A property with the top tenancy and rents in the entire Philadelphia MSA.
