A client’s desire to own additional properties within a specific small area within the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia, an area containing no for sale developable inventory at the time.


Hunter’s team members successfully identified an off market asset with unbuildable multifamily approvals. Through an analysis of the approvals in place, zoning, and site potential, opportunity was quickly turned into a revised building layout that is now viewed as one of the top multifamily assets in the local submarket.
