Commercial Real Estate Broker
We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial professional to help source new business, build client relationships, identify acquisition opportunities, and execute commercial real estate transactions from initial outreach through closing. The role provides direct exposure to brokerage, acquisitions, market research, negotiations, and transaction execution.
- Develop and maintain client and industry relationships
- Source brokerage and acquisition opportunities
- Assist with underwriting, negotiations, and transaction execution
- Past Sales or real estate brokerage experience preferred
- Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and relationship building
- Strong analytical, organizational, and market research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven

Commercial Real Estate Fall 2026 Intern
Location: Conshohocken, PA
Schedule: 2-5 full days per week, in-office

POSITION SUMMARY:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business.
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Wide-ranging business skills (finance, marketing, sales, etc.)
- Interest in real estate
- Willingness to learn
