Role Description
This position is based out of our office in Conshohocken, PA. The Advisor will focus on new business development and the management of commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include identifying prospective properties and opportunities, analyzing market data, supporting transaction documentation, maintaining client relationships, and negotiating deal terms to meet client objectives.
The role will focus primarily on Industrial and/or Retail properties. Delivering strong client service, strategic guidance, and tailored real estate solutions are core aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate practices
- Proven Sale and Business Development Skills
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated professional with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in real estate market analysis and property valuation
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in contract negotiations and lease agreements is an asset
