In an off market transaction, HDREA’s principals facilitate the sale of a 10.07 Acre development site off of 422 & Audubon Road in Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA. According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, Encompass Healthy Corp (NYSE: EHC) plans to build a $55 Million inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The proposed 50-bed medical center will service will serve patients recovering from debilitating illnesses and injuries including strokes and other neurological disorders, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations and complex orthopedic conditions. It will be the first new rehab hospital in the region since St. Mary Medical opened on in 2014. HDREA principals successfully guided a complicated development sale despite a rapidly changing development and interest rate marketplace.
