Hunter Durant launches National Net Lease Division
JANUARY 2024
In response to immense transaction demand, Hunter Durant LLC has launched a national net lease platform to service its customers seeking specialty real estate financing in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions as well as Sale Leasebacks. The division will leverage its foundational background in niche assets of Automotive, Dealership, Industrial Outdoor Storage, and Equipment locations to grow its platform across traditional net lease assets. The division will be anchored by three industry veterans who will focus on their respective geographies throughout the United States.
