TJ is an Executive Leader with passion and drive to develop strategies for diverse organizations to deliver results.  He’s developed a versatile skillset established over his two decades of experience throughout commercial real estate development and separately in manufacturing/processing & logistics operations within the oil and gas industry.   This diversified experience was first developed during the early portion of his career in commercial leasing, management, investment analysis, property acquisition/dispositions, and construction/development in commercial real estate for Preferred Real Estate Investments in Conshohocken, PA.  The later portion of his career has been centered around full P&L experience leading international, multi-service, multi-site organizations ranging from $20M to $500M in revenues, developing and growing businesses while building productive working relationships with clients and internal teams.  He has a successful history of driving profitability improvements and cost savings through detailed analysis of financial and non-financial information, streamlining and enhancing financial performance and partnering with business management to drive businesses forward.

Austin has successfully executed projects within nearly all core and niche real estate asset classes in both domestic and international markets. He’s an expert on navigating complex transactions, allowing him to become a ‘go-to’ problem solver for Owners and Tenants.

His team’s persistent and thorough approach has allowed them to execute on projects others deemed unsalvageable through a comprehensive property evaluation and marketing implementation program that allows Clients to not only transact on their objectives, but to also to obtain the most favorable outcome. These projects are in excess of $800M in the aggregate in transactional volume.

With expertise as both a Principal Developer and Third-party Advisory roles, Austin’s unique background includes transactions/developments in Assets Classes including but not limited to: Industrial, Automotive, Office, Energy, Multi-family, Retail, and Specialty Uses.

His experience includes portfolio aggregation, acquisitions/dispositions, design, new/rehab development, and entitlements. Austin is a licensed Real Estate Broker / Broker of Record in 5 States.

Eric is an extremely intelligent professional with a background in analysis, legal studies, and business administration. His work ethic and intellectual curiosity has led to a well rounded analytical background which is a key foundational tool to the underwriting and analysis of current and prospective transactions on behalf of Hunter Durant and its clients.

Eric is currently a resident of Radnor, Pennsylvania and a graduate of the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business where he achieved University Honors as well as 4.0 GPA.

Tripp is a professional focused on servicing Clients in primary and secondary markets throughout Philadelphia MSA. Tripp is responsible for lead generation as well as oversight of Hunter Durant’s internal information and market intelligence. His creative and persistent approach has allowed him to quickly become a known quantity in the industry. Prior to his time at Hunter Durant, LLC, Tripp held a transactional role at DP Partners, a successful regional development company, along with roles at global real estate firm Jones Lange LaSalle and Comcast Spotlight. Tripp attended Pennsylvania State University, earning a BS Degree in Communications while playing Division I College Lacrosse for the nationally ranked Nittany Lions team, where his leadership qualities were recognized as he was named Team Captain. Tripp is originally from Chester County and attended Malvern Preparatory School.

As the Corporate Accounts Manager, Pamela is responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies, managing client relationships and working to oversee the overall account management of our corporate division. Pam’s previous role was working for a real estate developer where she was responsible for managing corporate risk and liability. Working in real estate development and urban planning has given Pam a unique perspective into the industry and operational efficiency. Her versatile experience in account management, communication skills, client and corporate operations aligns with HD’s strategic plan and she is excited to be part of the team!

Logan, is a seasoned real estate professional specializing in the leasing, disposition, and acquisition of retail, office, and industrial assets in the Philadelphia suburbs. Formerly with Swope Lees Commercial Real Estate in West Chester, Logan brings a wealth of experience, having successfully executed a diverse range of transactions across asset classes. With a client-centric approach, Logan understands the needs of investors and businesses. His expertise extends to prime retail spaces, strategic office locations, and industrial assets, ensuring tailored solutions that align with his client’s goals. Logan is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and has an associates degree from Colorado Mountain College.

Anne comes to Hunter Durant with more than 2 decades of experience in both residential multi-family and commercial property development and asset management. She is a passionate and driven solution-focused leader who consistently outpaces business goals. Anne believes in building relationships and delivering customer centric results while enhancing overall financial performance. Her expertise spans regional sales, marketing, and business real estate operations and management.  Anne graduated on the Dean’s List from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree In Human Resources.

Ryan Carroll brings over a decade of business development and consulting experience to Hunter Durant. Ryan has a demonstrated track record of finding solutions for his clients across numerous industries. With a focus on people and developing long term relationships, Ryan understands how to deliver exceptional results for both fortune 50 companies and small family offices alike.

Prior to Hunter Durant, Ryan held positions with Ernst & young and the Intelligence Group. In these roles, Ryan implemented strategies to grow and strengthen his client base, connected offerings across service lines, and developed solutions specific to client needs. Ryan is always looking for innovative ways to offer an optimal experience.

A graduate of St. Jospeh’s University and Devon Prep, Ryan has deep ties to the Philadelphia area. He is an avid golfer and lives in Philadelphia with his fiancé Coleen.

Jack is a talented professional with a focus on the leasing and sales of industrial, office and retail assets. Having grown up in Radnor, Pennsylvania, his familiarity with the Philadelphia MSA provides market expertise and a wide breadth of industry relationships. Prior to joining Hunter Durant, Jack gained valuable experience at SSH Real Estate firm in Newtown Square, PA. Jack’s work ethic and drive to succeed stem from his experience as a member of the nationally ranked Lakehead University Thunderwolves hockey team in Ontario, Canada, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Economics. Jack is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania. 

Abigail is a dynamic professional with a strong foundation in sales and a focus on establishing and maintaining successful client relationships within the business landscape. Her experience in sales has equipped them with exceptional communication, organizational, and financial analysis skills, which she now applies to her role at Hunter Durant. With a background in Legal Studies from Temple University, Abigail brings a fresh perspective and a deep understanding of the legal aspects relevant to business operations. They are passionate about applying their knowledge to enhance client service and drive positive outcomes. Residing in Fishtown, Philadelphia, Abigail has a unique proximity to the fast-paced growth opportunities both inside and outside of the greater Philadelphia area. Abigail is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.

Rob oversees Hunter Durant’s Southeastern US Net Lease division. His diverse experience includes executive positions for regional real estate offices with oversight of all major real estate asset classes for both single transactions and other elements of the business including but not limited to property management, accounting, staffing, and investment consulting and portfolio management. Prior to his time with Hutner Durant, Rob was the Executive Managing Broker for a highly successful Florida office for JM Real Estate Inc. Rob’s career path additionally includes regional oversight of a multiple different businesses ranging from successful building products companies to swimming pool companies, and Southeast Regional Management for an international service business. Rob’s career has consistently been highlighted by top sales performance both as an individual producer and with the teams he has led. Rob is based in Melbourne Florida.

Drew is a Philadelphia-based successful graphic designer and marketing entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the field, including the launch of his own firm, DM Design Solutions. Through the Hunter Durant, LLC platform, Drew assists HDREA’s Real Estate Clients with assembling first class marketing materials, unique perspectives, and vision creation for any and all existing or to be built projects. His presence has allowed HDREA to create what are now considered to be the top marketing materials in the area.

Tess is a Los Angles-based successful communications and media entrepreneur with significant experience supporting the highest level clients across growing industries through her firm CEP Communications. Through the Hunter Durant, LLC platform, Tess assists HDREA’s Real Estate Clients with social media strategy, implementation, design and branding.
